Delete your Splitoon account

Account deletion is permanent. We remove your name, email, profile photo, devices, sessions and notifications. Expenses you shared with others stay in their history so their balances remain correct, but you appear only as “Deleted user”. Groups where nobody else is active are removed; in shared groups, ownership is transferred to another member.

In the Splitoon app

  1. Open Splitoon and sign in.
  2. Go to You.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Enter the email on your Splitoon account. We’ll send a one-time code. Deletion happens immediately after you confirm — there is no recovery period.
